Hi! I’m Paula, a Taiwanese girl. I like to share something about my country to my foreigner friends. This time, I’m going to introduce one of the common Vietnamese food in Taiwan. 河Hé 粉fěn

河Hé 粉fěn Pho

Se llama “Phở” en vietnamita. Normalmente con pollo, vaca o gampa. Pero lo que en la foto es para vegetarianos. Por eso, hay más verduras y tofu.

It is called “Phở” in Vietnamese. Normally with chicken, beff or shrimp. But what in the photo is for vegetarians. Because of that, there are more vegetables and tofu.

Más Sobor

Puedes añadir limón y chile en la sopa. Dice que los vietnamitas les gusta añadirlos. Para tener más sobor. Más ácido y más picante.

You can add lemon and chili in the soup. It says that the Vietnamese like to add them. To have more taste. Make it sour and spicy.

Como fideo/noodle

Es muy común para nosotros comer fideo. Por eso, muchas personas les gusta “Phở “. Pero el fideo es diferente entre nosotros. Suyo es de arroz. Nuestro es de trigo.

It is very common for us to eat noodles. That’s why many Taiwanese people like “Phở”. But the noodle is different between us. This is made by rice. Ours is made by wheat.

Ya esta. Espero que te guste!

Si tienes amigo taiwanés, pregutarle jaja. Seguro que va a explicarte mucho!
